Obituary for Milburn Earl Sherbet

Milburn Earl Sherbet, age 76, of Locust Fork passed away Monday, August 4th, 2014 at St. Vincent's East Hospital.

Survivors include Wife Travis Ann Doty Sherbet; Son Glenn Earl & Tammy Sherbet; Sisters Mable Riddle, Pauline & Sonny Evans; Grandchildren Cole Neely, Toya Neely, Savannah Amanda Sherbet, Kana Ann Sherbet, Dalton Brandon Earl Sherbet, Cody Palmer; Great-grandchildren Arley Whited, Brennon Whited, Memory Coker, Chloe Neely.

Mr.Sherbet was preceded in death by his parents William and Mary Zelma Sherbet; his daughters Vicky Millette Neely and Jerri Kay Sherbet; his brother Harold Sherbet; and grandchild Brandon Palmer.

Mr. Sherbet enjoyed the farm, visiting with buddies and his family. He was a Mason with Locust Fork Lodge 481.

The family will receive friends at The Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Tuesday, August 5th, 2014, 6:00 pm 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 6th, 2014 at 1:00 pm at The Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Gary Freeman officiating. Mr. Sherbet will lie in state at the funeral home on Wednesday from 8:30 AM until service time. Interment will be at Nectar Cemetery in Cleveland, Alabama.

Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
