Obituary for Mary Karlene Sorsby (Kimmons)

Mary (Kimmons) Sorsby, age 60, of Oneonta passed away Sunday, November 9th, 2014 at her residence.

Survivors include son Brian (Sha) Sorsby; daughter Dawn (Patrick) May; grandchildren David Hardin and Ashley Reese; friend Paul Reese. She is preceded in death by her parents Forrest and Betty Weaver Kimmons, brother Thomas Kimmons.

The family will receive friends at Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home on Monday, November 10th, 2014 from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, November 11th, 2014 at 2:00 pm in Bethel Cemetery, Warrior, Alabama.

Mrs. Sorsby was involved with the Locust Fork Baseball League and Community, she was a Sunday School Teacher in her church, and loved her grandchildren and her dog "Molly".

Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
