Obituary for Donald Ray Richey

Donald Ray Richey, age 63 , of Hayden passed away Tuesday, October 7th, 2014 at his Residence.

Survivors include wife Sussie Fowler Richey; son Jason (Charlotte) Richey; daughter Charity (Jeffrey) Fulghum; brothers Larry (Janice) Richey, Tommy Richey, Eddie Richey, Wade Richey, Darren Richey; sister Bernice Whittington; grandchildren Jacob and Skylar Fulghum and MaKayla Robertson. He is preceded in death by his parents James and Anna Richey; and brother Kenneth Richey.

The family will receive friends at the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Thursday, October 9th, 2014 from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm. Graveside Services will be held Thursday, October 9th, 2014 at 2:00 pm in Nectar Cemetery.

Mr. Richey was a Diesel Mechanic. He loved his dog "Missy"; enjoyed driving and working on trucks; avid Alabama football fan; and was a tinkering master.

Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
