Obituary for TJ Huff
TJ Huff age 70, of Cleveland passed away Friday, August 27th, 2021 at his residence.
Survivors include wife Janie Huff, daughter Jennifer Meeks (Shawn), granddaughter Ruby Meeks, brothers Kenneth Henry, Mickey Norris, Rickey Norris, Gene Huff, and sister Vickie Craig. He is preceded in death by his parents Luther T. and Ruby Jo Huff, brothers Robert Huff, Neal Huff, Roger Huff, sisters Judy and "Infant girl" Henry.
The family will receive friends at the Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel 17885 State Hwy 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049 Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 at 2:30 pm in the Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Faith Congregational Methodist Church in Altoona, Alabama.
Pallbearers are Danny Walker, Rickey Norris, Shawn Meeks, Colby McAnnally, Mack McCray, Terrell Cargile, and Mike Norris. Honorary pallbearers are Roy and Troy Cox.
Mr. Huff was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a local barber for many years. While also, working for the Blount County Commission as an equipment operator. Mr. Huff enjoyed antique cars, gardening, raising chickens, and most of all, he loved and adored his granddaughter Ruby.
