Condolence From: Steve Bagby
Condolence: I hated to hear the news of Pete's passing. I worked with him for 27 years at The Birmingham News and had many good times with Pete during that time. We spent many hours on the dock at The News waiting to get our papers which gave much time to talk and carry on. One good memory was a trip we went on with other coworkers and their spouses to Hawaii in January 1997. What fun that was. I will be praying for the family.
