Obituary for Nickey Scott Borden
Nickey Scott Borden age 49, of Blountsville, Alabama passed away Friday, June 16th, 2023 in Blountsville, Alabama.
Mr. Borden is survived by his wife Kristin Borden, his sons Jordan Summerford(Ashley), Nikolas Borden(Holli) and Trey Borden(Jaycie), his father Rick Borden, sister Terri Borden Park and 3 grandchildren Waylon Summerford, Lilli Borden and Josie Borden. He was also survived by other family members and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Nancy Kay Thompson and his son Colton Borden.
The family will receive friends at Redeemed Ministries Tuesday, June 20th, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, June 20th, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Redeemed Ministries, with Rodney Bryant officiating. Burial to follow at Sharon Baptist Cemetery in Pinson, Alabama. Pallbearers will be Jordan Summerford, Nikolas Borden, Trey Borden, Josh Olberding, Scooter Bazzell and Jeff Davis. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made in his memory to Redeemed Ministries.
Mr. Borden was a member of Redeemed Ministries. He loved the Messenger's of the Cross Motorcycle Ministry. Mr. Borden enjoyed working with his hands and doing special projects for his grandchildren and his wife. He was most passionate about spending time with his family and his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.
