Obituary for Kenneth Ray "King Fish" Johnson

Mr. Kenneth Ray (King Fish) Johnson, age 83, of Hayden passed away Sunday, August 31st, 2014 at St.Vincent's East.

Survivors include Daughter Mellissa (Harmon) Burttram; Sisters Dorothy Adams, Vera Stalkman, Beatrice Armstrong; Grandchildren Diana Roys, Brenda Williams, Rhonda Hogeland, Marsha Stone, Suzanne Buckelew, George Burttram; 14 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by Parents Epps and Lettie Johnson; Wife Corene Bryant Johnson; Brothers Alfred, Louie, and Marvin Johnson; Sisters Bertha Cvitonavich, Judy Clayton, Daylor Thomas, Lettie Dutton, and Etter Garland; and 1 great granddaughter.

The family will receive friends at The Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Monday, September 1st, 2014 6:00 pm 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September 2nd, 2014 at 11:00 am at The Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Hayden, Alabama.

Mr. Johnson was employed with the State of Alabama Highway Department as a core driller. He loved fishing and hunting.
