Obituary for Johnny Wayne McAnnally
Mr. Johnny Wayne McAnnally, age 63 of Nectar passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at St. Vincent's Main in Birmingham, AL.
Surviving Mr. McAnnally are his wife Nancy Cox McAnnally, son's Christopher Wayne McAnnally (Michelle) of Arab, Johnathon Chad McAnnally (Tiffany) of Nixons Chapel,, daughters Amy Calvert (Chris) of Susan Moore, Shellie Wood (Darrell) of Nectar, sister Cathy Self (Gary) of Nectar and grandchildren Tyler (Caroline) and Trey Gilliland, Zayden Calvert, Kirklyn Calvert, Lydia Patterson, Shelby McAnnally, Gavin and Avery Wood, Jaythan and Taylan McAnnally. He is preceded in death by his parents Billy Joseph and Zora Etta McAnnally and son-in-law Keith Gilliland.
The family will receive friends at Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home, 17885 State Hwy. 160, Cleveland, Al Tuesday, January 12th, 2021 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral Services are Wednesday January 13, 2021 at 1:00 pm with Bro. Mike Murphree officiating. Burial will follow at Nectar Cemetery.
Mr. McAnnally loved spending time with his grandchildren watching their sports and bands, sitting on the porch listening to music,and watching old westerns.
In lieu of flowers, the family has ask for donations for the funeral expenses.
