James Bullard age 68, of Cleveland passed away Friday, July 23rd, 2021 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.

Survivors include wife Linda Bullard, son Keith Herndon (Donna), daughters Amy Richards (Glenn), Anita Williams (Michael), Bettina Carroll (Todd), Melissa Tyska, sisters Faye Hill, Inez Sivley (Jerry), 18 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren. He is preceded In death by his parents Alfred and Ruby Bullard, brothers Wayne Bullard, Johnny Bullard, and sister Linda Dempsey.

The family will receive friends at the High Rock Congregational Methodist Church Monday, July 26th, 2021 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 27th, 2021 at 1:00 pm in High Rock Congregational Methodist Church, Mr. Bullard will lie in state from 11am until 1pm Tuesday July 27, 2021 at the church prior to funeral services. interment to be held in High Rock Cemetery in Hayden, Alabama.

Pallbearers will be Don Box, Benny Green, Dustin Green, Jeff Layfield, Lynn Moody, Bobby Johnson, Andy Marsh, Richard Kimbrell, Wess Morrison, and Larry Clowdus. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jim Hornsby, Tom Bradford, Derf Bryan, Joe Baty, Mickey Owen, David Simmons, and Ricky Armstrong.

Mr. Bullard was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved to play golf and cards. He enjoyed gospel music, and watching westerns. He was a trivia buff and an avid Alabama fan.
