My last memory of Clayton was seeing him at church with Ion . He has always been a very dedicated Christian man of God. I remember helping him in the kitchen and garden back when I was helping take care of Rhea. He helped me in so many ways too many to count.

Clayton and Rhea used to live on Berry Mountain and my granny and I visited them often. He grew the biggest juiciest blueberries I’ve ever had. He was such a loving soul and he was loved by all. Clayton s strong faith in God inspired me back in my teens. I’ll always remember how hard working he was his laugh and the love he gave. My family shall miss you but you now have your wings fly high. RIP Love Anita

Have the best memories of him always growing things, his pond that froze over in 84 and his old red Ford truck! Praying for all who held him dear!

We are so saddened to hear of Clayton's passing, but we rejoice in the knowledge he is with his Lord and Savior. Clayton meant so very much to Ralph and Melba Lollar - and by extension to their children. He was a wonderful man of God and was such a help to Ralph when he was ailing. We send our love and condolences to the family.
