Gary Randolph "Sam" Hazelrig
Gary "Sam" Hazelrig, age 43, of Locust Fork passed away Tuesday, September 15th, 2015.

Survivors include son Noah Hazelrig; daughters Haley Hazelrig and Hannah Hazelrig; brother Scotty (Shawn) Hazelrig.He is preceded in death by his parents Joe and Rebecca Hazelrig.

The family will receive friends at the Locust Fork Baptist Church 30580 AL-79 Locust Fork, Alabama 35097 Saturday, September 19th, 2015 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held following at 2:00 pm in the Locust Fork Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Pine Bluff Cemetery in Locust Fork, Alabama.

Mr. Hazelrig loved hunting and fishing.

In Lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Redeemed Ministries - 205-237-4526

Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
