Edward Donald Posey, age 75, of Cleveland, AL went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 28, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Hazel Victoria "Vicki" Posey, daughter Donna Cornelius (Greg), son Jeffrey S. Posey (Rachel); three grandchildren, Mercedes Cornelius, Parker Cornelius, Brett Cates (Tiffany); and one great-grandchild, Dax Cates. He is also survived by his sister, Shirley Ann Millwood. He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Ercy Mae Posey. Donald retired from American Cast Iron Pipe Company in 2002 after 39 and 1/2 years. He was a kind, Christian man who loved watching his grandchildren play sports and music. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and sharing stories with his many friends. Services will be held on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Cleveland First Baptist Church with visitation starting at 10:00 AM and service following at 11:30 AM. Burial at Fowler Springs Cemetery.
