Debbie Palmer age 52, of Oneonta passed away Tuesday, December 5th, 2023 at her residence.

Survivors include her loving husband Joe Palmer, father Tommie Kennedy, sons Travis Lee Palmer (Nila), Mitchell Ryan Palmer (Brooke), brother Thomas Lelton Kennedy, sister Lisa Kennedy Fitzsimmons, grandchildren Chloe Elizabeth Palmer and Jaxon Cole Palmer. She was preceded in death by her mother Dianne Sue White Jones and brother Daniel Kennedy.

The family will receive friends at the Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel 17885 State Hwy 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049 Friday, December 8th, 2023 from 12:00pm until 1:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 8th, 2023 at 1:00 pm in the Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel 17885 State Hwy 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049, with burial to follow at Oak Hilll Cemetery in Oneonta, Alabama.


Mrs. Palmer liked doing arts and crafts, she enjoyed reading the bible and listening to gospel music, most of all she loved her grandchildren dearly.
