Obituary for Beatrice Smith Williams (Owens)

Beatrice (Owens) Smith Williams, age 90, of Nectar passed away Sunday, December 18th, 2016 at her residence. A homemaker for her family, Mrs. Williams enjoyed crocheting, embroidery, sewing, quilting and loved working in her flower gardens.

Survivors include sons Dennis and Judy Smith, Randy Dale and Dollie Smith; daughter Betty Jean and Roger Naylor; sisters Bonnie Barnett, Amilee Johnson, Alice Graysom; 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents John and Mary Ellen Owens; and husband Okey Smith.

The family will receive friends at the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home on Thursday, December 22nd, 2016 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 22nd, 2016 at 12:00 pm in Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Austin Creek Cemetery in Blountsville, Alabama.

Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
