Obituary for Albert Ralph "(A.R.)" Johnson
Albert Ralph (A.R.) Johnson age 89, of Cleveland, Alabama passed away Thursday, June 22nd, 2023 at his residence.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife Shirley Youngblood Johnson, his son Albert Ralph Johnson, II(Misty), his daughter Jennifer Chance, his grandchildren Chris Thrift(Marie), Ryan Johnson(Aprille), Misty Chance, Tiffany Chance, Susan Nichols(Kyle) and Eric Johnson, his great grandchildren Lily, Elijah, Rebecca, Kyler and Bonnie, 1 Great Great Grandchild Jonathan and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. He was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Sara (Davis) Johnson, son Steven Ralph Johnson and his brothers Horace, Marty, Timothy, Bunyon and Buren Johnson.
The family will receive friends at Kingdom Life Church in Cullman, Alabama Monday, June 26th, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 26th, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Kingdom Life Church, with Heath Tinker and Tim Dubberly officiating. Burial to follow in Holly Pond Cemetery in Holly Pond, Alabama.
Pallbearers will be Chris Thrift, Dale Faile, Delane Cogins, Drew Harris, David Plyler and Sammy Keener.
Mr. Johnson worked for Hayes Aircraft for 48 years and 8 months, which is known now as PEMCO. He was a member of Kingdom Life Church in Cullman, Alabama. Mr. Johnson was an avid Alabama football fan, but most of all he loved his family and grandchildren.
