Martha (Ellis) Self age 71, of Blountsville passed away Thursday, July 16th, 2015.

Survivors include her sons Travis Self and Wesley Self. She is proceeded in death by her husband Connis Leroy Self and her parents Herman and Geraldine (Murray) Ellis.

The family will receive friends at Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home 17885 State Highway 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049 Monday, July 20th, 2015 from 9:00 am till 10:00 am. Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 20th, 2015 at 10:00 am in Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home 17885 State Highway 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049, with burial to follow at Mount Moriah Cemetery.

Ms. Self enjoyed reading, golfing and bowling.
